Low Season Booking Conditions
Low season bookings can be secured with a non refundable deposit made using a credit or debit card at the time of booking. Your pitch fees for the period booked are payable on arrival. Low season is from April to October, excluding Spring Bank Holiday week, July & August.
- 1 night booking = full payment in advance
- 2 nights or more = £20.00 deposit per pitch
High Season Booking Conditions
High season bookings can be secured with a non refundable deposit made using a credit or debit card at the time of booking. High season includes Spring Bank Holiday week, July and August. We accept high season bookings from Saturday to Saturday - a minimum 7 night booking. Advance booking is essential. The balance of your pitch fees for the period booked are payable on arrival.
- £50.00 deposit per pitch per week
Cancellation
All deposits are non refundable. We do not offer cancellation insurance, however we strongly advise you take out the appropriate travel insurance.
If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will be required to pay the balance of your pitch fees for the period booked.
Group Bookings
For reservations of 3 pitches or more, we require full payment for the period booked at the time of booking. This payment can be made using a debit or credit card. If you cancel any/all of the pitches reserved within 14 days of your arrival date this payment is non refundable. If you cancel out with 14 days a credit will be carried forward to your next reservation.
Arrival & Departure
Pitches are available from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 12 noon on day of departure. Departure after 12 noon will incur a late departure fee of £10.00.
Late Arrival
Please advise if arrival is expected to be after 6pm.
Early Departure
No refunds will be given for early departure.
Additional Tents
All pitches are limited to additional tents for immediate family members only. These must be no larger than two-man tents and no more than two per pitch. Visiting family/friends are welcome to contact us to make their own arrangements.
Groundsheets
It is requested that you lift your groundsheets daily in order to keep our grass in good condition.
Parking
All pitches are limited to 2 cars per pitch. We ask that extra cars are parked in public Beach Car Park.
Jet Skis
We regret Jets Skis are not permitted at Mossyard.
Noise
Please consider your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and first thing in the morning. We will not tolerate unacceptable levels of noise that disturbs others. In the event of any unacceptable behavior we reserve the right to ask you to leave the park.
Dogs
We welcome dogs at Mossyard. We are happy for them to be walked around the coastal area but we would ask you not to enter any fields being used for agricultural purposes. Please note that dogs have to be kept on leads on the caravan park and on the headland. We do request that you clean up after your dog.
