Our static caravan (new in 2010) is situated on our top field. It has a fully fitted kitchen, equipped with fridge/freezer, gas oven & microwave. The bright, spacious living/dining area has comfortable seating and a Digital TV / DVD / CD / Radio, Ipod docking station. There is gas central heating and it is fully double glazed. There is a shed to the rear of the caravan - ideal for storing extra items. We also provide an outside drying facility, garden furniture, gas BBQ and patio area. Well behaved pets are very welcome.

Accommodation: Open Plan Living/Dining/Kitchen, Double Bedroom, 2 x Twin Bedroom, Shower Room & WC.

The static is let from Saturday to Saturday.

We are very busy in school holidays; so advance booking is essential. 

• FROM 2011 : Bed linen & towels are provided at no extra charge - please state number of beds required at time of booking.
• Dogs : £20.00 per dog per week (max 2).
• Travel Cots & High Chairs can be provided at your request.
• Wireless Internet Access is available.
• All gas and electricity provided at no extra charge.
• Sorry, smoking is not permitted.
• Please note, Tesco will deliver directly to the static - please advise Pitch No 23 when ordering.

Prices are per week excluding any extras.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Booking deposits are paid at the time of booking and are £100.00 per week.  The balance of your holiday is due on arrival.  Advance booking is essential.

CANCELLATIONS

All deposits are non-refundable.  We strongly advise you take out insurance.  All cancellations will be confirmed on writing.
